Furniture fittings bedding - all excellent and every appliance worked.
The smaller touches of games and binoculars (which were a treat watching the Sydney-Hobart fleet pass by) show your consideration to making Ocean Break a flawless and enjoyable experience.

This is such a wonderful place to stay for a holiday; it's got everything, views, beach, comfort and beautiful wildlife. It's really cool how the sand squeaks. We all went to Headland Point and fished off the rocks. When we were about to leave we saw a small whale very close to the rocks, we waited a bit longer and 4 southern right whales passed us. Thank you for this lovely holiday, hope to be back soon.

Good stay, the house was great. The balcony and opening doors (which let in the beautiful cool breeze) were definitely a highlight. We saw whales, southern right whales from the balcony and rejoiced in the sunny atmosphere and sensuous prospect before us.
We liked the artwork, the towels, linen and kitchenware. The ice block trays definitely made our drinks cooler and our hearts warmer.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the modern and very comfortable accommodation. It's a great position and we made the most of beach walks and the ocean views. We enjoyed the peace and relaxation and managed to see quite a few of the local points of interest. We went fishing out on the reef, some seals, but no whales 2 B seen (perhaps a bit early!)

we had a fantastic three days at Tura Beach. Your house was more than we
could have hoped for and was by far the best accommodation we stayed in.
The whale watching at Eden was simply awesome, and we wished that we
could have stayed longer at Ocean Break. Thanks once again, Ocean Break
and Australia was fabulous, we fly back to the UK today a little bit sad
to be leaving.

We had a wonderful week, the highlight being watching the whales
from the balcony. The visiting lorikeets have also kept us amused. Of
all the places we have stayed this has to be one of the best (and we
have stayed in lots of accom). We have already planned to come back as

least we are much relaxed and rested.

Enjoyed the stay very much. The views are superb and the
accommodation is a home away from home. Only downside is sadly we need
to go back home soon. The rainbow lorikeets were cheeky companions and

Thanks for the use of the apartment and ordering a week of 23 -
26 degrees, sunny weather in August. Rachel and I loved our breakfast
friends in the morning. We had beautiful birds eating literally out of

Mon. 3rd. August. Went to Eden today to have the car fixed. Afraid not
much luck. Going to the Bowling club for dinner tonight. Full moon
tonight on the deck, was beautiful.
Tues 4th. August, Today is our 30th wedding Anniversary. Max and I went
for a long walk on the beach, shared a bottle of wine on the deck. Max
spotted another whale today. We went out for dinner at Tura Golf Club.
Wed. 5th. August. Max and I spotted a couple of whales this morning.
Thurs. 6th. August. Breakfast in bed was a nice way to start my
Birthday. Max and I had a late lunch at the Waterfront Cafe, Very
nice. Had a few drinks tonight under the moonlight. We also spotted
some humpback whales today. Fantastic.
Friday 7th August. Alas, all good things come to an end. Going home
tomorrow, but I'm sure we will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a superb
view. Luckily the weather was sunny and mild - a bonus in July, and we
enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking in the beautiful environment.

We have greatly enjoyed our short stay at Ocean Break. The
apartment had everything we needed, even Scrabble. We salute you for
your attention to detail in furnishing the apartment. It's such a
peaceful place, we didn't hear any cars or motorbikes, just birds and
the soft roar of the waves. On our last night we had a superb dinner at
Zanzibar Cafe. We had known Alby at his previous restaurant in Canberra
and were pleased to find that he has brought his great skill and
enthusiasm in running an excellent restaurant. Thankyou for suggesting
the place to us. We will stay here again and won't hesitate to recommend

Ocean Break was the perfect spot for our family holiday.
Everything we could wish for in the apartment and such a glorious
outlook. Our boys enjoyed the beach so much; building sand race cars and
chasing the waves, just a few of our daily activities. Just listening to
the surf was enough to relax us, but also enjoyed the fishing (catching
an octopus was most exciting), day trip to Bega and Tathra most
enjoyable.

Thanks for a lovely stay. The apartment is set up so well with
just about everything you can think of. We have enjoyed Tura and the
surrounds. My husband made the most of the beach walks. The hills and
the dunes are a challenge. Love the deck and the two noisy, cheeky
visitors (rainbow lorikeet and baby) that we had on the first day were
wonderful. Not a long enough stay. We don’t usually stay the same
place twice but this spot is an exception so we will be back.

Thank you for magnificent break by the ocean. Wildlife, serenity
and close proximity to the pretty enclosed shores in Merimbula.
Would have loved more sunshine but with that comes the crowds which is
exactly what we came to escape from, being based on the Mornington
Peninsula, VIC.
The apartment has been beautifully renovated for easy streamlined living
yet has the cosy, homey feel. It felt like staying in a good friends
beach pad who wanted you to have a lovely stay.
Binoculars were a great bonus, specially for viewing the whales. The
highlight of the stay, if you have not viewed this species in full
flight then make sure you stay over this season (Sept-Nov). Fantastic
vantage point and the thrill of seeing these beautiful mammals is
something we will never forget.

Had an absolutely fantastic weekend. We loved watching the huge
variety of birds in the callistemon - honeyeaters, wattlebirds, finches
– as well as a yellow-tailed black cockatoo in a nearby tree and

Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at
Ocean Break we've just arrived back in Melbourne this evening and all
the way home we talked about how much we wished we could have stayed
longer!
... it strikes the right balance between feeling a bit "posh" and
special, while not so opulent as to stop the guest from living and
enjoying themselves. We also noticed and appreciated some of the special
touches, such as providing magazines that are "current", the games
provided, the well stocked kitchen and the heated towel rails.
... the enjoyment we got from taking breakfast, lunch and dinner
on the balcony and enjoying that superb view, not to mention the easy
walk to the beach where our young daughter had her very first beach
experience!
We will be passing the word to all of our friends that we have
found a new "hot" holiday spot!
